Member of the “Multi-Omics Data” Group, University Medical Center Göttingen

I am a Ph.D. student in Prof. Dr. Kerstin Lenhof’s research group. I studied both biology and computer science, which is why I feel well-prepared to develop AI applications for biological and medical problems and to collaborate with experts from related disciplines.

My current research focuses on oncology-related issues. For example, I’m examining which models for predicting cancer treatment outcomes work best, and using the results to develop better models. In doing so, I often return to the question of what potential limitations arise from the data and how we can address them.
