Our joint Centre for AI and Causal Methods in Medicine (CAIMed) has been approved and we are now taking off! On this occasion, we invite you to a kick-off event on 6 May 2024 from 10:30-12:30 in Göttingen on the premises of the GWGD.

You can look forward to greetings from the funding bodies, the University of Göttingen and the University Medical Centre Göttingen as well as the keynote speech by Prof. Dr Tobias Moser (MBExC spokesperson and Director of the Institute of Auditory Neuroscience at the University Medical Centre Göttingen). In the subsequent panel discussion, experts from data science, AI, medicine and related disciplines will have their say and highlight opportunities, challenges and regulations for the use of AI in medicine. Afterwards, you will have time to discuss CAIMed and the use of artificial intelligence in medicine with other participants over lunch. We look forward to hearing your perspectives!
