Prof. Dr. Tim Bei\u00dfbarth holds the position of Head of the Department of Medical Bioinformatics at the University Medical Center G\u00f6ttingen (UMG). His research focuses on the development of statistical bioinformatics methods and systems medicine to aid in biomedical research. His team works on the integration and analysis of large, heterogeneous high-throughput biomedical datasets using machine learning, with a special emphasis on methods for analyzing biological networks and on multi-omics data integration. Prof. Bei\u00dfbarth is also actively involved with the G\u00f6ttingen Campus Institute of Data Science (CIDAS).<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
