Medizinische Sprache ist nicht neutral: Derselbe Output eines KI-Systems kann je nach Vorwissen, klinischer Erfahrung\n                      und Kontext der lesenden Person ganz unterschiedlich interpretiert werden. Interpretierbarkeit ist damit keine rein technische Eigenschaft eines Modells, sondern h\u00e4ngt immer auch vom Menschen ab, der mit ihm arbeitet.<\/p>\n                    <p><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Interpretierbarkeit f\u00fcr unterschiedliche Zielgruppen<\/span><\/p>\n                    <p>Ein weiterer zentraler Punkt des Gespr\u00e4chs: Was f\u00fcr KI-Entwickelnde als interpretierbar gilt, muss es f\u00fcr Klinikerinnen und Kliniker oder f\u00fcr Patientinnen und Patienten noch lange nicht sein. Die beiden Forscherinnen sind sich einig,\n                      dass KI-Systeme f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten transparent und nachvollziehbar gestaltet sein m\u00fcssen, wobei je nach Zielgruppe unterschiedliche Mechanismen erforderlich sind.<\/p>\n                    <p><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Vertrauen ist keine Einbahnstra\u00dfe<\/span><\/p>\n                    <p>Auch wenn KI-Systeme mittlerweile in vielen Bereichen beeindruckende Ergebnisse liefern, m\u00fcssen sich die Nutzer*innen mit der Technologie auseinandersetzen und die Ergebnisse der KI kritisch hinterfragen, gerade im medizinischen Kontext.<\/p>\n                    <p><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Regulierung, Daten und die Geschwindigkeit der Entwicklung<\/span><\/p>\n                    <p>Die Forscherinnen sprechen zudem \u00fcber die Herausforderung, dass die technologische Entwicklung regulatorischen und gesellschaftlichen Diskussionen oft weit voraus ist. Themen wie der rechtliche Rahmen f\u00fcr vertrauensw\u00fcrdige KI, die\n                      Nutzung sensibler klinischer Daten aus den Medical Data Integration Centers der Universit\u00e4tskliniken sowie Fragen der Datenqualit\u00e4t, die sich nie pauschal, sondern immer nur im jeweiligen klinischen Kontext beantworten lassen, spielen\n                      dabei eine wichtige Rolle.<\/p>\n                    <p><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Die Zukunft ist hybrid<\/span><\/p>\n                    <p>Zum Abschluss des Gespr\u00e4chs sind sich beide Forscherinnen einig: Die Zukunft der Medizin liegt in der Zusammenarbeit von Mensch und KI.
